Founded in 2017, Vanguard Projects provide Project Management, Cost Control and Quality Assurance Services for Private and Corporate Clients. Our core work is within the Constuction, Office Fit out and Refurbishment Sector. Our experienced, calm and professional team will assist with all aspects of project control, acquisition, pre- contract works, contract selection, design and tender management, project delivery and statutory requirements, due dilligence and quality delivery.

Vanguard was founded to provide project management services to both private and commercial clients, businesses and to main and sub-contract providers within the constuction and civils sectors. With over twenty five years experience of project delivery in Civil Engineering and Construction, our leadership team have delivered Air Sector, Civils and Road Projects, Office Fit Outs and Building refurbishments, Domestic and Agricultural buildings.

Guy Abbott
Founder & Managing Director
A building surveyor by training, Guy has been managing construction projects in civil engineering, infrastructure and commercial fit out and refurbishment for contractors and clients for the past 18 years. Guy is passionate about reducing waste in construction and the need for re-work through poor execution of works. He set up Vanguard to provide an approachable knowledgeable and professional service for both business and private clients to deliver their project objectives on time and budget.
Simon Beckett
Senior Project Manager
With over 25 years as a professional project manager in the refurbishment and construction sector, Simon has a delivered scores of commecial projects. Simon is a pedantic in his approach to cost and change control and is able to bring a wealth of experience to value engineered solutions to project scope using traditional and modern construction methods, building services engineering and compiance.
